Agency Social Workers
Meeting the new requirements around the engagement of agency social workers.
Research in Practice led a partnership with King’s College, London, and Essex County Council to deliver several Department for Education reforms to social work. This included developing and testing resources to engage agency social workers.
The partnership developed, tested and produced tools and resources to support local authorities to engage agency social workers effectively, collaboratively and in-line with the proposed national rules.
